At Koala Brands, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; we will track your return every step of the way.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
